Shipping & Delivery Policy
Overview
This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines our procedures for processing, shipping, and handling failed delivery attempts. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Order processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, [excluding weekends and public holidays].
- Order processing and delivery times are separate.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
2. Shipping costs
- Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.
3. Delivery attempts
Our delivery partners will make two attempts to deliver your package.
- First delivery attempt: If you are not available to receive the package, the delivery partner will leave a notification and attempt a second delivery.
- Second delivery attempt: A second attempt will be made within 48 hrs of the first failed attempt. You may receive an email or SMS notification asking you to confirm or reschedule the delivery.
4. Failed delivery procedure
- After the second failed delivery attempt: If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the package will be held at the nearest delivery hub for 3–5 business days for you to collect.
- Return to sender: If the package is not collected within the specified timeframe, it will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
- Customer unavailability: If we cannot reach you to arrange redelivery after the second failed attempt, the order will be marked as "Return to Sender" (RTS).
5. How to avoid a failed delivery
To ensure a smooth delivery process, please make sure:
- Your shipping address is complete and accurate.
- Your phone number is valid and accessible.
- You are available to receive the package or have a designated recipient.
