Q.How much is the shipping charge?

It varies from state to state . Please add your favourite jewellery to the cart page to see applicable shipping charges . Also , please follow us on instagram and facebook for any new updates on new collections and shipping charges.

Q.Where is my order?

To check your order click on track order or write us on connectsilverenamel@gmail.com. You can use your tracking number to track your order.

Q.How do I place an exchange order and when should I do so?

Q.How will I get a refund for the difference in amounts?

The refund can only be placed if the item is damaged or there is any kind of manufacturing defect.you have to return the product and place a new order separately.you can raise a query (connectsilverenamel@gmail.com)  on our email . The refund process will take 5-7 business days to get credited into your account.

Q.In which mode will I get my refund?

It will be credited into your bank account , the same A/c you used for purchase. BAnk details will have to be sent from a registered email.

Q. What is the warranty for the jewellery we buy?

In the world of fashion , there is no guarantee and warranty for jewellery .We are very cautious about the quality of getting our pieces made . We value our customers more than anything else so if there is any kind of rusting or tarnish , please send the product back to our registered office address and we will refund you partially. This has to be done within one month of receiving the product.

Q What materials are used in  jewelery ?

We primarily use high-quality material like stainless steel and  sterling silver .Our gemstones are a mix of high end cubic zirconia and crystals.

Q Can I cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. Kindly contact us immediately at our business number or email address  with your order number and we will try to accommodate your request.we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation once an order has entered the fulfillment stage.
